The Planes is made from naturally dried elm and maple.
The size of the base is 370 x 220 x 280 mm and the size of the blades is 490 x 165 x 20 mm.
It is completely oiled.
The blade is solid and very sharp, made of stainless steel.
We use it to cut salami, sausage, ham, bacon, hard cheese.
The use is simple, lay it on a flat surface and start cutting. Clean it with a damp cloth.

The plate is made of naturally dried maple wood. The dimensions are 300 x 300 x 15 mm – without coating. It is used for cutting and serving food. In the juice groove on the edge of the plate, excess liquid is collected when cutting meat and vegetables. Clean it under running water or a damp cleaning cloth.
