Planes – oak

The Planes is made from naturally dried oak and maple wood.
The size of the base is 370 x 220 x 280 mm and the size of the blades is 490 x 165 x 20 mm.
It is completely oiled.
The blade is solid and very sharp, made of stainless steel.
We use it to cut salami, sausage, ham, bacon, hard cheese.
The use is simple, lay it on a flat surface and start cutting. Clean it with a damp cloth.
