The rende is made of naturally dried maple wood and is uncoated. Rende is used for cutting vegetables, cabbage, red beets, cucumbers, carrots. The vegetables are inserted into the drawer, which you move up and down the fish. The drawer can also be removed. The blades are sharp stainless steel. The fisherman also has a handle for easy grip.
